What is Solvio?
Solvio is a secure online environment where you can log in. Here you will find your online file with your details and conversation reports. Do you have any questions? You can easily and quickly ask them via your online file in Solvio. We will answer your questions and schedule an appointment with you, if necessary. This is also possible via video calling in Solvio. You can also share information with us, for example by adding documents yourself.
How do you create an account in Solvio?
- Before a conversation with an intaker or aftercare advisor, you will receive an email from Solvio. You can use this email to create an account by clicking the 'Activate' button. Please note! This link is valid for 14 days. Please note! This email may end up in your spam folder.
- You enter your date of birth.
- In the login details you choose a password. Your username is your email address by default. You can change your username if you want. Remember your username and password well, you will use them to log in to Solvio from now on.
- As an extra security measure, you will receive a personal code, the verification code. You choose how you want to receive this code, via email or a special app. You enter the verification code in Solvio and click on the 'Verify' button. Every time you log in to Solvio, you will receive a new verification code.
- You have now created an account and are logged in. You can view, change and add your details if necessary. Or ask questions to an aftercare advisor.
Who can access your data?
Aftercare advisors and patient contact & information can view and supplement data in addition to yourself. Are you also receiving help from a medical advisor or occupational expert from C-support? Then they can also view your data. Other external parties, such as your GP, company doctor or employer, cannot view your data. This is only possible if you give permission for this yourself.
How does Solvio work?

If you cannot find the answer, please contact the Solvio helpdesk: 050 210 02 55. The helpdesk is available from Monday to Friday from 08.00:18.00 to XNUMX:XNUMX. Solvio employees cannot help you with substantive questions, they do not have access to your file. In that case, please contact the C-support secretariat: 0734400440. The secretariat can be reached from Monday to Thursday from 09.00:17.00 to 09.00:13.00 and Friday from XNUMX:XNUMX to XNUMX:XNUMX.

- Enter your username and password and click the Login button.
- You will receive a verification code via email or a special app. This is a personal code that provides additional security to your account.
- Enter the verification code and click the Verify button.
It is possible that you have forgotten your password or that your Solvio password no longer works after a period of time. Due to security policy, Solvio requests that you create a new password after a period of inactivity of 6 months. In both cases, you can create a new password by taking the following steps:
- Go to the Solvio login page and click on the link 'I can no longer log in'.
- Enter your username or email address and click 'Submit'.
- You will receive an email that will allow you to reset your account.
