The services provided by C-support may not be to your satisfaction.
In case of a complaint, you can take the following actions:
- First talk to the C-support employee who is the subject of your complaint.
- If this doesn’t work, you can send an email to C-support’s Managing Director Annemieke de Groot via firstname.lastname@example.org. Or send a letter to C-support, to the attention of Mrs. A. de Groot, Goudsbloemvallei 1, 5237 MH ‘s-Hertogenbosch. Clearly state ‘Confidential’ on the envelope.
- Annemieke de Groot will invite you for a personal meeting to discuss your complaint and to jointly try and find a solution.
- If you are still not satisfied with the way your complaint has been dealt with after having taken the above actions, you can contact Quasir, the independent organization for complaints and disputes of which C-support is a member.
